Due to the perishable nature of our products, all wine and food sales are final. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

    Our sommeliers will review your claim; for corked wines, we may request that you keep the bottle and original cork for inspection.

    Once approved, we will issue a replacement of the same bottle or provide store credit to help you find your next favorite natural wine.
