Where do you deliver your wines?

We currently offer local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area and flat-rate shipping across Ontario. Due to liquor laws, we cannot ship wine outside of the province at this time.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. By law, someone 19 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers cannot leave alcohol unattended on porches or in lobbies.

What is 'Natural Wine' exactly?

Natural wine is made with minimal intervention. This means organic or biodynamic farming, fermentation with native yeasts, and little to no added sulfites. It is wine that truly reflects its terroir.

Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?

We want you to love your wine. If you believe a bottle is 'corked' or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer returns for general personal preference.

Do you offer curated wine subscriptions?

Yes! Our Wine Club offers monthly selections of our favorite rare and seasonal bottles, complete with education cards and tasting notes for every shipment.

How should I store my natural wines?

Natural wines are living products. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. For low-sulfite wines, a wine fridge or a consistent cellar temperature is ideal.
